These Terms govern use of the MyWealthNest website, Learning Area, digital courses, membership services and related products. The business is intended to operate through MyWealthNest plc, a company to be incorporated in Malta.
MyWealthNest provides digital marketing courses, individual modules, bundles, the complete 11-module programme, payment plans, Insider Club membership and educational resources.
Prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, including VAT where required by law, will be handled in accordance with applicable legislation.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By paying, you confirm that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
After successful purchase, MyWealthNest may create an account or provide activation instructions. Login credentials are confidential. Accounts and purchased access may not be shared, sold, transferred or sublicensed.
Course content is delivered digitally through the MyWealthNest Learning Area and may include videos, lessons, documents, templates and other resources. No physical goods are shipped.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. Where permitted by applicable law, if you request immediate access to digital content before an applicable withdrawal period expires, you may be required to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose the applicable statutory right of withdrawal once the legal conditions for that exception are satisfied. The relevant consent and acknowledgement will be presented at the appropriate stage of purchase.
Refunds depend on the product, applicable statutory rights and any additional refund policy expressly offered at purchase. Because courses are digital and may be made available immediately, we do not provide a blanket unconditional money-back guarantee unless a specific offer says otherwise.
Insider Club is a recurring €49/month membership. You may cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next recurring payment, subject to applicable law and the cancellation mechanism provided. A billing period already begun is not ordinarily refunded except where required by law or expressly agreed.
The payment plan is three monthly instalments of €425, total €1,275. If an instalment fails, access may be restricted or suspended until payment is completed, subject to applicable law.
MyWealthNest course materials, videos, lessons, presentations, templates, graphics, downloads, branding, logos, website content and original educational materials are owned by or licensed to MyWealthNest. Purchase grants a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use purchased materials for personal or internal business education. It does not transfer ownership.
You must not resell, reproduce, redistribute, publicly upload, sublicense or share course materials or sell access to the Learning Area without written permission.
Content is educational and informational. We do not guarantee income, sales, leads, affiliate commissions, employment, business success or a particular return on investment. Results vary according to individual circumstances. Examples, case studies and testimonials are illustrative and are not guarantees.
Content is not personalised financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Obtain professional advice where appropriate.
You must not attempt unauthorised access, circumvent security, interfere with the service, upload malicious software, scrape protected materials, misrepresent your identity or otherwise misuse the platform.
We aim to keep the website and Learning Area available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update course materials and features to improve quality, correct errors, add material, improve security or reflect technology changes. We will not remove a material part of a purchased product without an appropriate remedy where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, unauthorised sharing, intellectual-property infringement, serious misuse, unauthorised access attempts or material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
MyWealthNest serves customers internationally, including in the EU and United States. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights applicable to your transaction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection laws of another jurisdiction apply and cannot legally be excluded.
