MyWealthNest is an online education and digital marketing platform providing educational courses, resources and related digital services. The business is intended to operate through MyWealthNest plc, a company to be incorporated in Malta. In this Policy, “MyWealthNest”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating the MyWealthNest platform.
Depending on how you use MyWealthNest, we may collect your name, email address, account and activation information, purchase and subscription information, course enrolment and access information, course progress and completion information, communications you send to us, marketing preferences, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and website activity. We may also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.
Payment card details are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not need to store your full card number or security code on our own systems.
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data based on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests such as security and administration, or consent where specifically provided. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may process your name, email, payment, billing and transaction information under its own privacy practices.
After purchase, we may create an account so you can access the relevant content through the MyWealthNest Learning Area. We may record purchased products, module entitlements, progress, completion, activation status and purchase/subscription history.
If you subscribe to marketing communications, we may use your email for courses, educational content, offers, promotions and updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Essential transactional messages may still be sent where necessary.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, preferences, analytics and marketing where applicable. Tools that have not actually been activated are not treated as active merely because placeholders appear in code. Where required by law, we will request consent before non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
We may share information with service providers needed to operate MyWealthNest, including payment processors, hosting, email delivery, security, analytics, customer support and course technology providers. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
MyWealthNest is based in Malta and serves customers internationally, including in the EU and United States. Where GDPR applies, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers as required by applicable law.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for providing services, maintaining legal/accounting records, resolving disputes, protecting rights and security, subject to applicable retention requirements.
