Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: This policy is intended as a clear summary of our refund and cancellation approach. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

1. Digital Courses

MyWealthNest provides digital educational content, including online course modules, videos, downloadable resources and related materials.

After successful payment, access to purchased digital content may be provided immediately. Where applicable law gives consumers a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, we will follow the requirements that apply to that right.

2. Immediate Access to Digital Content

Where required by applicable law, customers will be asked to give express consent to receive digital content immediately and to acknowledge the consequences for any statutory withdrawal right once delivery of the digital content begins.

This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

3. Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law, please contact us as soon as possible at melissa@mywealthnest.com. Please include the email address used for your purchase and, where available, your order or payment details.

We will assess requests in accordance with this policy and applicable law. Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed using the applicable payment method or another legally permitted method.

4. Insider Club Membership

Insider Club is a recurring membership priced at €49 per month.

You may cancel your membership before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents the next recurring charge, subject to applicable law and the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by MyWealthNest.

5. Three-Payment Plan

The full programme payment plan is three monthly payments of €425, for a total of €1,275. The payment plan is a structured payment option for the full programme. Any cancellation or refund rights are subject to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us promptly. We will investigate the transaction and correct any confirmed duplicate charge as appropriate.
